My podcast came from an idea of sharing my experiences and lessons as a parent, and how I parent differently than I was parented. My parenting approach is different because I wanted to break from what we know call “intergenerational cycles”. This is truly the foundationof the work I do on this podcast.
As a result, I have recorded an episode to summarize what it means to break intergenerational cycles, come face to face with our traumas and what healing means for your future and the future of your children. I highly recommend checking out this episode as it may just shift how you look at your life experiences and how they influence the way you parent.
I recently recorded an episode with Danielle Bettmann of Failing Motherhood Podcast on the topic of breaking intergenerational cycles, healing from past trauma and parenting my daughter differently than i was parented. Highly recommend giving this episode a listen.
