I had the pleasure of speaking with Alexandra Borisevich of Empowered Parenting for this episode about becoming better parents. Alexandra is an Early Childhood Educator and Behaviour Consultant, living in Ontario. After having worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for almost a decade, Alexandra founded @empowered.parenting – an Instagram community where she shares behaviour guidance strategies, parenting inspiration, and works hard to spread one core message: everyone (adults and children included!) is doing the best they can with the skills and resources they have right now!
