On this episode we review the start of 2021 and discuss the challenges and circumstances that many people are currently working through. Whether it relates to health, family, finances or all of the above, we are all going through a season. So how do we honour our feelings while working past these challenges?
To support, I’ve created a “Reflections & Intentions Worksheet” (You find it below). We will get down to work and reflect on the past year and set our intentions for the near future. This exercise will support you in setting future goals while giving yourself credit for all that you have overcome thus far. You have so much to be proud of!
On this episode we discussed how to reflect on past events and circumstances and set intentions for the future. As a result, I create a worksheet so that you can get down to work in reflecting and setting intentions.

Keep in mind that your reflections and intentions do not necessarily have to link with or to each other. Feel free to write down all the things that come to mind in regards to your reflections; sometimes it is better to not leave anything out.
When filling out your intentions, do this with a little more care and thought. Think through the things that you would like to achieve, action or practice. Once you have a few intentions, you are welcome to take them all on or you can then narrow down a list of 3-5 to take on. It is totally up to you!
